How Funding Works With Us
Supportr is not currently a registered NDIS provider, and that is good news if you are self-managed or plan-managed: you already have the freedom to choose us. Self-managed participants book us directly, and plan-managed participants simply tell their plan manager they would like to use Supportr. NDIA-managed (agency-managed) funding requires a registered provider, so we are unable to support that plan type.
Self-managed
You manage your own NDIS funds and can choose any provider you like, registered or not. Supportr is available to you from day one.
Plan-managed
A registered plan manager handles your payments on your behalf. You can still choose an unregistered provider like Supportr; just let your plan manager know.
NDIA-managed
Also called agency-managed funding. This plan type requires registered providers only, so we are unable to support NDIA-managed participants at this time.
